Had my truck die on a busy roadway at rush hour. Called my insurance roadside assistance. They told me an hour to an hour and a half for a wrecker to arrive. I looked up local wreckers and saw Claxton's was close. Called and had a wrecker within 10 minutes. They quickly loaded up my truck and took it to my residence. The driver was so good he was able to unload my truck under my carport. They were just as nice as could be. I was so relieved when I got a hold of them and they arrived so fast. If you are in the Ennis area and need a tow, look no farther than Claxton's.

If you get a bad part we will get another part to replace the bad part.
The people that make up the rest of Claxton's Used Cars and towing is friendly, courteous,and helpful.

He also contacted the police to see if they could help him find the car.
Once he found the car he transported it safely and parked it carefully.

Great service in locating the car, and speedy, safe delivery once he found it.

The bill was consistent with the estimate; no price gouging.

Claxtons was a blessing when I needed one. My car broke down in a very inconvenient place at a very inconvenient time. They were very polite, professional and caring. They even stayed with me until my ride showed up so that I wasnt left alone.

Meet Mr. Claxton when I called for service. What a nice man. Came out promptly and instead of towing and running up the bill he was able to fix my issue on the spot. Just charged a service call. Honest men are hard to find. Thanks Mr. Claxton. After he got me on the road he did a follow up call about 10 minutes later to be sure I was OK.
